Pagi nie aku ok ok ajer sih.....

Bangun pagi dengan rasa syukur pada ALLAH kerna pagi ini masih bisa bernafas lagi...

Malam tadi aku tido dengan keletihan....sampai aku lupa do a litlle exercise..
bukan apa lemak di perut ku makin membesar...seolah olah ader manusia didalam nya...aku tak mau....aku malu pada diri sendiri...almaklum lah...aku nie suka sangat pakai baju kecik kecik , ketat lagi...aku suka bangat.....walaupun Honey tak suka...aku peduli aper...ko pun pakai baju saiz 'S' , aku suruh pakai saiz 'M' tak nak.....very stubborn punya Honey....

Pasai aper aku berbicara dalam bahasa indonesia nie...ish ish aku bukan jawa...tapi minangkabau plus bugis....agak nya...penangan dari membaca novel nie kot "SEMENJAK KAU DATANG".....baguih gler novel nie...tak per, bagi aku perhabih kan dulu, pastu baru aku share ngan korang korang yer.....

Sebenar nya entry aku kali nie, aku nak tulis pasai Akon la...dengan lagu nya untuk minggu nie 'Available : Akon ft. Florida'

Lagu nie lagu kegemaran aku, bersemangat aku wat exercise lepas sesudah subuh dan balik keje.....terkinja kinja aku macam beruk kat dalm bilik aku sendiri.......housemate aku pun tak tau....ahhh....peduli aper aku, cermin jer yang pasrah melihat aku macam orang terencat kat bilik....

Sebenarnya aku nak membuktikan kat dunia nie yang aku bleh buang lemak yang makin membuncit nie dengan exercise....tanpa PB pun aku bleh buang lemak........setakat pakai 8 jam ko pakai dan buang duit beribu ribu wat aper...tapi kolestrol ko tetap tinggi....kalo tak cayer, aper kater ko gi wat blood test then ko lihat sendiri result ko.....

Lately, aku nie bleh dikatakan ari ari breakfast nasi lemak....kolestrol tinggi tue....Honey yang makan tak selalu pun , kolestrol naik....cara yang terbaik....yer tetap ambil breakfast tapi bukan dengan makanan yang penuh lemak atau pon kolestrol...atau pun aku start puasa semula lah....itu kan lagi baik....ubat bagi segala kesakitan....betul gak, dah lama aku tak pose....jom pakat pakat kita pose sama sama esok....jom semua kengkawan......
